1. Extension Arm: Main arm constructed from 150×150×3.0mm rectangular tubing, welded.
2. Main Post: Made of reinforced 120×80×3.0mm square tubing welded with 10mm thick steel plate.
3. Frame Structure: Composed of an internal steel structure framework covered with sheet metal. The frame mainly uses 100×100 square tubing and 100×50 rectangular tubing, with the sheet metal made from 2.5mm thick Q235 steel plate, bent to shape.
4. Rear Support Rod: Made from 100×50 rectangular tubing, bent using a tube bending machine and then welded to reduce weld seams and increase strength.
5. Upper and Lower Support Rods: Made from φ42×2.75mm round tubing, shaped using a punch press without welding to improve durability.
6. Fasteners: All fasteners are treated with high-corrosion resistance Dacromet coating to extend service life.
1. Cutting: Materials are cut using fully automatic laser cutting equipment to ensure precision and consistency.
2. Welding: CO2 gas shielded welding is used for tight, firm, and aesthetically pleasing joints.
3. Surface Treatment: The surface undergoes shot blasting with 0.8mm diameter steel shots to thoroughly remove rust and create a smooth surface, enhancing powder coating adhesion and ensuring a fine coating texture.
4. Powder Coating: The product is treated with electrostatic powder coating, ensuring strong adhesion. The coating thickness ranges from 90μm to 150μm, with a hardness of 2H. The finish is uniform, bright, weather-resistant, and anti-aging.
5. Safety: The entire machine is free from hooks, pinch points, shear points, and clamping areas, ensuring user safety.
